Strategic Planning

What is strategy?  Many times innovation and strategy are intertwined. However, they are vastly different terms. Innovation is a new idea, method or device. Where as strategy is a set of maneuvers or a careful plan or method. A strategist is one skilled in strategy. Strategic planning is the art of devising plans toward a goal.  There are no better qualified people to plan and facilitate this type of planning than CPAs who have this skill set.
